How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can email us at info@cikadabikes.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Dynamo X Early Bird Reservation Deposit

This section applies only to the Dynamo X Early Bird Reservation Deposit. The 30-Day Trial and the return conditions above apply to eligible CIKADA eBikes and do not apply to the deposit.

The Dynamo X Early Bird Reservation Deposit is $10.00 USD. It reserves your place in the Dynamo X early bird offer and is credited in full toward the purchase price of your Dynamo X when Dynamo X goes on sale.

To use your deposit credit, check out with the same email address you used to pay the deposit. Your early bird code is valid for 14 days from the date we email it.

The deposit is non-refundable. It cannot be transferred or applied to any product other than Dynamo X. If you do not purchase Dynamo X within that 14-day period, your deposit credit expires and will not be refunded or credited toward any other purchase.

If CIKADA cancels or does not release Dynamo X, your deposit will be refunded in full.
